Market Settlement
Markets will be settled upon verification from multiple third party sources.
Disqualification and Withdrawal Rules
- If a team or competitor is disqualified, withdraws or forfeits after starting an event they will be deemed a loser providing at least one other team or competitor completes the event. If no team or competitor completes an event (having started) then all bets will be void except for bets on any markets which have been unconditionally determined.
- If the event is not completed within three days after the originally scheduled completion date, then all bets on markets for this event will be void, except for bets on any markets that have been unconditionally determined.
- If a bet is void, funds will be remitted to the original order maker
Time References
All references to time, for a given event, relate to the centralized timezone of UTC.
Information Liability
All information supplied by Voi.Bet is done so in good faith. However, Voi.Bet cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions in respect of any information, such as the posting of prices, runners, times, scores, results or general statistics.
Error Correction
Voi.Bet reserves the right to correct any obvious errors and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure markets are administered with integrity and transparency.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy themselves that the selection on which they place a bet is their intended selection.
Settlement Rounding
On the settlement of any market, amounts relating to winnings/losses on bets; will be rounded up or down to the nearest two decimal place.
Venue Changes
If the venue of a match is other than is indicated on our website, the bet will stand provided the match has not been switched to the opponent's ground, in which case the match will be declared void. Notwithstanding this rule, in major international tournaments (eg World Cup, European Championships), all venues will be deemed neutral. If the scheduled venue of a match is changed, including if the venue changes to a new venue in a different country, all bets will stand.
Incident-Based Markets
In markets that relate to the number of incidents to occur, such as 'number of corners', these will be determined on the basis of the number taken, rather than awarded.
Booking and Goalscorer Markets
For markets that relate to the number of bookings given, the number of corners taken, any goalscorer or the time of a particular goal, the result will be determined using information from independent sources.
Market Suspension
Voi.Bet reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend an Exchange market.
Rule Amendments
Voi.Bet reserves the right to amend the Exchange Rules at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately on the posting of such rule changes and any markets loaded after the new Exchange Rules have been posted shall be governed by the new Exchange Rules.
Settlement Disputes
In the case of any settlement disputes, Voi.Bet's decision is final.
Sport-Specific Rules
American Football
General
- • All bets include any overtime played, unless otherwise stated
- • For any player markets, those players who do not 'start' the game will be voided unless otherwise stated
- • If a match is played on a different date or at a different venue than originally scheduled, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded
- • Games must go 55 minutes to be official. If a game is suspended after 55 minutes of play and subsequently resumed at a later date, the score at the time play was halted will be considered official
Handicaps
For Whole-Lines (eg. Team X -3.0) - bets that 'hit the line' will be void.
Total Points
For Whole-Lines (eg. Over 100.0 points) - bets that 'hit the line' will be void.
Player Props
Where you have placed a bet on a player (or selection of players) to achieve a given outcome (or multiple outcomes) in a particular event, your bet will be voided if any of the selected players do not take part in such event. For example: if you have placed a bet on players A & B to both score a touchdown in a specified match, your bet will be voided (in its entirety) if player A scores a touchdown, but player B does not take part in the match at all. For the avoidance of doubt, your bet would be settled as a losing bet if player A scores a touchdown and player B takes part but does not score a touchdown.
Baseball
General
- • All markets will include any additional innings played to determine the outcome of the match, unless otherwise stated
- • Unless otherwise specified, results will only be official after (and bets shall be settled subject to the completion of) a minimum of 9 innings' play, or 8.5 innings should the home team be leading at the commencement of the bottom of the 9th inning (the "8.5 Innings Rule")
- • All results and settlement are determined by the relevant associations governing body
- • If a match is played on a different date or at a different venue than originally scheduled, all bets will be void
Moneyline
Settled as per the "4.5 inning rule": if a game is abandoned or suspended and rescheduled to a later date, provided five innings have been played (or 4.5 innings if the home team is ahead), Moneyline markets are settled based on the score at the end of the last full inning. If scores are tied at this stage, bets will be void.
Handicaps
- • Settled as per the "8.5 inning rule" outlined above
- • Any runs scored during overtime will be counted, unless otherwise stated
- • For Whole-Lines (eg. Yankees -2.0) - bets that 'hit the line' (eg. Yankees win 6-4) will be void
Totals
- • Settled as per the "8.5 inning rule" outlined above, except for when a result has already been unequivocally determined
- • Any runs scored during overtime will be counted, unless otherwise stated
- • For Whole-Lines (eg. Over 10.0 runs) - bets that 'hit the line' will be void
Basketball
General
- • All results will include any overtime played unless otherwise stated
- • If a match is played on a different date or at a different venue than originally scheduled, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded
- • NBA games must go 43 minutes to be official (or 35 minutes for NCAA games and all other basketball tournaments)
- • For games ending before this, or postponed to a later date, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined
- • In such instances where the game is suspended & later abandoned with the minimum time required having been played, any official result will stand. If the scores are tied, then Moneyline bets will be void; Handicaps & Totals will be settled
Player Props
- • Players must take to the court for bets to be settled, irrespective of game time played
- • All totals are inclusive of Overtime
- • Should a player not play any part in the game then all bets will be void
Handicaps
For Whole-Lines (eg. Team X -3.0) - bets that 'hit the line' will be void.
Total Points
For Whole-Lines (eg. Over 130.0 points) - bets that 'hit the line' will be void.
Boxing
General
- • All bets will be settled according to the official result of the appropriate governing body
- • If a fight is abandoned or postponed and re-fought within 3 days then all bets stand. If the fight occurs more than 3 days after then all bets will be voided and stakes returned. A new market for the fight will then be created and available to bet on
- • If a boxer is disqualified then they will be declared a loser
"Winner" market
This market offers 2 outcomes and does not include a 'Draw' option. If the fight ends in a draw, all bets on both fighters will be voided.
"Match Result" market
This market offers 3 outcomes and includes the 'Draw' option.
"Win in Round X" market
If a boxer retires before the start of a round, fails to answer the bell, or is disqualified for any reason between rounds, the fight will be deemed to have finished at the end of the previous round.
Cricket
General
- • If a ball is not bowled during a match, series or competition, or declared "No Result", then all bets will be voided except for those which can be determined already (eg. 'Toss Winner', 'Completed Match' markets)
- • If a match is not completed due to inclement weather then Voi.Bet will settle according to the official result (including for limited overs matches, the result determined by the Duckworth Lewis method)
- • If a match is started and later abandoned for reasons other than weather then Voi.Bet reserves the right to void all bets on these markets which have not already been determined
- • If a match is postponed and reorganised within 5 days of the original then all bets will stand. If the postponed event is scheduled for over 5 days after the original start time then all bets will be voided (except for bets on any markets that have already been unconditionally determined such as, but not limited to, 'Toss Winner'). A new event will be opened to take bets
- • For a limited overs match, in the event of a new toss taking place on a scheduled reserve day, any bets placed later than 30 minutes before the original scheduled start time will be void, except those that have been unconditionally determined (e.g. in the win the toss and toss combination markets)
'Match Winner' market
If the match is tied and goes to a super over, or any other tie-breaker method that may be used to determine a winner, this market will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes, but not limited to, bowl outs, Super Overs, one-over eliminators, losing fewer wickets, run rates, coin toss, higher group position. None of these will count for the purposes of this market.
Batsmen Markets
- • For any Top Batsmen markets, this market will be settled if at least one run has been scored from the bat by the named team
- • Runs scored in Super Overs do not count for the purpose of this market
- • Any player that is selected in the original starting XI but does not bat will be settled as a loser
- • Any Substitute or Impact Player that faces at least one ball, will be settled
- • Any bets on a Substitute or Impact Player that does not face a ball will be void
Runs Lines Markets
"Over Line" (Buy) bets win when more runs are scored in the specified number of overs than the 'price' at which the bet is matched. "Under Line" (Sell) bets win when fewer runs are scored in the specified number of overs than the 'price' at which the bet is matched. Bets will be void, regardless of whether the outcome of the bet is already unconditionally determined, when any of the following are the case: The scheduled number of overs for the innings is reduced by rain interruption and, at settlement time, the actual number of overs bowled is less than the number of overs stipulated. The scheduled number of overs for the innings is reduced for any other reason after the innings has begun and at settlement time, that new number of scheduled overs is less than the number of overs stipulated. Please note, if the batting side reach their target within the scheduled overs, or have been bowled out and the innings hasn't been reduced in overs to less than the stipulated number at the head of the rules, the market will be settled. For clarification, Runs Lines markets will be settled on the score achieved by the batting side at the conclusion of the stipulated over. This will include any extras or penalty runs awarded during that time. Any penalty runs added to a score after the completion of an innings will not count.
Darts
General
- • If a match is not completed, bets on the winner market will be voided
- • If a match is not completed all bets will be voided and stakes returned, except those which can be unconditionally determined (such as "First player to hit a 180")
Esports
General
- • All markets will be settled on the official results from the relevant governing body of the league / tournament organiser
- • If a time change occurs within a few hours of the start time of the event, Voi.Bet reserve the right to void all markets on the event and return users stakes
- • If a series change occurs before the game start time then Voi.Bet reserve the right to void all markets on the event and return users stakes
- • If a game is started and then abandoned or postponed, it must be resumed within 6 hours from the original start time or all bets on the market will be voided
- • If a team is renamed or rebranded then bets on that team will still stand
- • Voi.Bet reserves the right to void any bets at their discretion in relation to a team if material is not available to determine the identity of the team or of the players
Football / Soccer
General
- • All bets unless otherwise stated are on the 90 minutes (including injury time granted by the referee)
- • If any match is postponed and rescheduled: Should the rescheduled time be later than 3 days after the original scheduled start time, all undetermined bets will be void, regardless of when the rescheduled date & time is confirmed. If, within 3 hours of the original kick-off time, the match is confirmed to take place within the current or 3 days after the original local event kick-off date, all bets on the match will stand. If, after 3 hours of the original kick-off time, the match is confirmed to take place within the current or 3 days after the original local event kick-off date, all bets on the match will still be void
- • If a match starts but is then abandoned: Any bets which are irreversibly determined (eg. BTTS or Over Lines) will be settled. If, within 3 hours of kick-off, the match is confirmed to restart within the current or 3 days after the abandonment, all bets on the match will stand. After 3 hours, if confirmation on the restart is not yet confirmed, all undetermined bets will be voided
- • Games where a referee removes the players from the field of play for a temporary period, but resumes the remaining minutes of play by midnight local event time, will not be deemed as abandoned and all bets will stand
- • In the case of ambiguity, Voi.Bet reserves the right to determine the correct result
Market Specific Rules
Full Time Result market are based on 90 minutes plus stoppage time, and will be determined by the score at the full-time whistle. Extra time, golden goal or penalties will not count. Winner markets (such as 'to lift the trophy' or 'to qualify') contain only two outcomes and cannot end up in a draw. Extra time, golden goal or penalties will count towards the outcome. 'Draw no Bet' markets that end in a draw will be void.
This market is based on 90 minutes plus stoppage time, and will be determined by the score at the full-time whistle. The player whom scores is not relevant (ie. Own goals are included). Disallowed goals, and goals score in extra time, golden goal or penalties will not count.
Only goals scored within the 90 minutes plus stoppage time are included. Your bet is placed on whether the number of goals for both teams in the match is under or over the specified line and will be settled as follows: For Half-Lines (eg. Over/Under 2.5 Goals) - bets can only ever be over or under, and will be settled accordingly. For Whole-Lines - bets that 'hit the line' will be void. For example, if you bet 10 USDC on Over 2.0 Goals @ 2.0: 0 or 1 goal scored = bet loses. 2 goals scored = bet void, 10 USDC stake refunded 3 or more goals scored = bet wins, 20 USDC returned For Quarter-Lines - these are a 50:50 split of a whole and a half line bet (e.g 2.5 & 3.0). And have 4 possible outcomes: win, lose, half win, half lose.
Cards Lines markets have the same rules as with Goal Lines, where: For whole-lines, if the total number of cards in the match is the same as the card line, your stake is returned. For quarter-lines, you may win or lose half, as above. Maximum 3 cards per player: One yellow = 1 Card Two yellows leading to a red card = 3 Cards One straight red = 2 Cards. One yellow card & one straight red card = 3 cards Settlement will be made with reference to all available evidence to cards shown during the scheduled 90 minutes play (stoppage time is included, extra time and penalties are not). Cards only count if they are shown to players: after the game has started after they take to the pitch for the first time before they leave the pitch for the final time before the full time whistle is blown All other cards, including any card shown after the full-time whistle has been blown, cards shown to a manager or other coaching staff, cards shown to substitutes before or after they take to the pitch, or un-used substitutes will be disregarded. Any card shown during the half-time break will be included in the 2nd half total, provided it was shown to a player who was on the pitch when the half-time whistle was blown.
Markets such as 'number of corners' will be determined on the basis of the number taken, rather than awarded. Consequently, if a corner is awarded, but the referee blows for Half/Full-Time before the corner is taken, the corner will not count.
All bets unless otherwise stated will include the 45 minutes plus any stoppage time in the 1st half. Any cards given after half-time whistle has blown will not be counted towards any 1st Half Cards markets.
Golf
General
- • Voi.Bet reserve the right to void all markets on an event and return users stakes for any markets where a result can not be determined and verified by the relevant governing authority
- • All bets will be settled on the the result of the official governing body and any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result after the ceremony will not be taken in to consideration
- • All bets on players will stand and be settled, regardless if the player participated in the tournament or not, orders that are matched are immuteable even if the player subsequently drops out of the tournament or event
- • Any player starting a tournament but withdrawing or getting disqualified before the end of the tournament will be marked as a loser
- • If a tournament is shortened the operations will determine the markets that can be resulted according to the official governing body. For all markets were there is no logical result to be determined then those bets will be voided and stakes returned to the user
- • For round betting, if all players fail to complete the hole, all bets will be voided
Ice Hockey
General
- • All moneyline, spread bets and total bets include OT and shootouts unless otherwise stated
- • For the avoidance of doubt, a shoot-out victory will count as one goal. For example, after overtime the Hurricanes and Canucks game score is 2-2, the game moves to a penalty shootout. Hurricanes win the shootout 3-1. The final score is settled as 3-2 (not 5-3)
- • All settlement will occur with results from the official governing body but Voi.Bet maintain the right to void or cancel any bets at their discretion should enough information not be available for rescheduling or team selection
- • If a match does not start on the scheduled start date and is not completed within three days of the scheduled start date, all bets will be void except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined
- • When a match starts but is later postponed or abandoned and less than 55 minutes are completed, and no official result has been given by the relevant governing body, within 72 hours all bets will be void, except for those markets which have been unconditionally determined
- • In such instances where the game is suspended & later abandoned with the minimum time required having been played, any official result will stand. If the scores are tied, then Moneyline bets will be void; Handicaps & Totals will be settled
Handicaps
For Whole-Lines (eg. Team X -3.0) - bets that 'hit the line' will be void.
Total Goals
For Whole-Lines (eg. Over 5.0 Goals) - bets that 'hit the line' will be void.
MMA
General
- • All bets will be settled according to the official result of the appropriate governing body
- • If a fight is abandoned or postponed and re-fought within 3 days then all bets stand. If the fight occurs more than 3 days after then all bets will be voided and stakes returned. A new market for the fight will then be created and available to bet on
- • If a fighter is disqualified then they will be declared a loser
- • If fight is declared no contest then all bets will be voided
- • If a fight is declared a draw or a technical draw then all bets will be voided
"To Win Fight" market
This market offers 2 outcomes and does not include a 'Draw' option. If the fight ends in a draw, all bets on both fighters will be voided.
Total Rounds market
For the purposes of this market, a round is considered complete once half of its time has elapsed and the fight is ongoing. For example, if a round lasts 5 minutes, for a bet on "Over 1.5 rounds" to be a winner, the fight must last beyond 2 minutes and 30 seconds in round 2. If the number of rounds in a fight is changed, then all bets on these markets will be void.
"Win in Round X" market
If a boxer retires before the start of a round, fails to answer the bell, or is disqualified for any reason between rounds, the fight will be deemed to have finished at the end of the previous round.
Racing
General
- • All markets will be determined according to the official result at the time of the 'weigh-in' announcement. Subsequent disqualifications, appeals or amendments to the result will be disregarded
- • If a race is abandoned or declared void, or in the event of a walkover, all bets on that race will be void
- • Any horse listed when the market is loaded which does not subsequently come under starter's orders is deemed to be a non-runner
- • Deduction factors as provided by Betfair will be applied
Rugby
General
- • All bets unless otherwise stated are on the 80 minutes (including any stoppage time). The result at the end is the settled result at 80 minutes and does not include "Extra-time" / "Over-time"
- • If a match is started but then suspended before full time is reached (and is not resumed on the same day), all bets will be void, except for those that have been unconditionally determined (e.g., First Try scorer markets, if a try has been scored, total points if the line has been cleared already)
- • For first try scorer markets and any other markets covering tries, penalty tries are not taken into consideration
Snooker
General
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be determined the winner (or in the case of a final, the player will be declared a winner). If a match is not completed then bets on correct score or 'next frame' markets will be voided.
Tennis
General
- • All bets unless otherwise stated are on the 3 or 5 sets (depending on competition and whether ATP / WTA)
- • All matches have action regardless of delays or postponements including changes to either the venue or type of surface

- • If a match finishes then the player deemed the winner by the regularity authority is marked as the winner and all bets settled accordingly
- • If a walkover occurs and player pulls out before the match begins, the markets should be voided
- • If a player retires or is disqualified before the first set is completed then the market will be voided
- • If a player retires or is disqualified in any match after the first set is complete then Moneyline market will be settled as the player progressing to the the next round or winning the tournament being deemed the winner. All other markets will be void unless a result has been unconditionally determined
- • In case of any disputes, all bets will be settled according to the tennis governing bodies official website
- • If there is a change to the following, all bets still stand: Change of court type (indoor to outdoor and vice versa) Change of playing surface Change of venue Change to the scheduling which affects time or date If a player, pair or team are withdrawn before a game / tournament then any bets involving them will be voided and stakes refunded. If a player is disqualified, all bets will be settled on the player progressing to the next round or deemed to be the winner
Market Specific Rules
One full set must be completed for 'Moneyline' bets to stand. If less than one set is completed, all 'Moneyline' bets will be considered void. Interruptions in play mean all bets will stand and count on the rescheduled completion of the game. Result will be determined by the official result of the game as checked via ATP / WTA official results and other sources.
Voi.Bet reserves the right to void any set markets built incorrectly, ie. if Mens set betting is built as 'Best of 3' rather than 'Best of 5'. Only completed sets will be counted towards set betting. Ie If Djokovic retires in the 3rd set (Best of 5 match) and is 2-0 down against Federer then only completed sets can be taken into account, the following would happen: 1st Set Winner - resulted 2nd Set Winner - resulted 3rd Set Winner - voided (no determinable result available)
If a player retires or is disqualified before the completion of the match, all bets will be void. A tie-break is counted as one game.
