Our terms and conditions for using the Voi.Bet Exchange platform.
1. Introduction
THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE VOI.BET WEBSITE (“WEBSITE”). BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT ALL TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
2. General Terms and Acceptance
- 2.1By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all conditions referenced herein.
- 2.2In some countries online betting is prohibited by law. You acknowledge that Voi.Bet cannot provide legal advice. You use our services at your own risk and take full responsibility for compliance with your jurisdiction’s laws. You shall not use VPN, proxy, or similar services to bypass restrictions.
- 2.3Voi.Bet does not allow users who are citizens, residents, or located in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited. Specifically, the following countries are explicitly banned:• United States• Russian Federation• China• Netherlands• United Kingdom• Turkey
This list is not exhaustive. Voi.Bet services are also prohibited in any other jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted. Voi.Bet reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
- 2.4You must be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this Website.
3. Account Creation and Wallet Management
- 3.1To place orders, you must create an account with Voi.Bet. Upon deposit, a wallet address will be assigned to you for transactions.
- 3.2You acknowledge that:
- •All funds in your account are your personal funds of lawful origin
- •You cannot reverse transactions or decline payments made to your wallet address
- •All transactions are final
- •You are responsible for securing your account credentials
- 3.3Your assigned wallet address is managed through the Voi.Bet platform.
4. Betting Rules
- 4.1All bets are subject to the betting rules and the terms and logic of the Betdex API.
- 4.2The available prices and liquidity displayed in the UI are estimates. Orders are not guaranteed to get matched.
- 4.3The order is placed at the price set in the Place Order modal. The price set will be accurate to 2 decimal places. Once a bet is confirmed, the price and the bet is considered final and cannot be altered or canceled by Voi.Bet.
- 4.4Voi.Bet does not create or manage betting markets, process bets, or handle any part of the betting flow. All betting activity is fully executed via the Betdex API.
- 4.5Voi.Bet is not responsible for any voided, canceled, or refunded bets. Such outcomes are determined by the Betdex API rules and/or oracle data feeds, not by Voi.Bet.
- 4.6Match outcomes and bet settlements are determined exclusively by third-party oracle providers and official sports data sources.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly forbidden:
- ✗Match-fixing, collusion, or market manipulation
- ✗Money laundering or illegal fund transfers
- ✗Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
- ✗Using prohibited software or circumventing restrictions
6. Intellectual Property
All Voi.Bet-specific content is owned by Voi.Bet or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Voi.Bet integrates third-party services to provide platform functionality. These services are:
- • Independent services not controlled by Voi.Bet
- • May charge their own fees
- • Have their own terms of service and privacy policies
- • May require identity verification or additional information
- • May collect and process user data according to their own policies
Voi.Bet is not responsible for any issues, fees, disputes, or data handling practices arising from the use of these third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Voi.Bet SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
You use this Website at your own risk. Voi.Bet is not responsible for:
- • Technical errors, network failures, or smart contract malfunctions
- • Losses due to user error or unauthorized access to accounts
- • Third-party service failures or blockchain network issues
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voi.Bet from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Website or violation of these terms.
10. No Financial Advice
